What should I do after registering at Efrei?
Once your registration is confirmed, 4 steps await you before the start of the academic year: send your baccalauréat transcript, pay the CVEC, submit your CVEC certificate, and review the start-of-year information sent 1 month beforehand.
1. Send your baccalauréat transcript
As soon as the baccalauréat results are published, send your official transcript by email to:
- scolarite@efrei.fr if you are joining the Programme Grande École (integrated preparatory cycle)
- scolaritepex@efrei.fr if you are joining a Programme Expert du Numérique
2. Pay the CVEC
The CVEC (Contribution de Vie Étudiante et de Campus) is a mandatory contribution for every student enrolled in higher education. It must be paid each year on the official website cvec.etudiant.gouv.fr.
3. Send your CVEC certificate
Once the CVEC is paid, you receive a certificate. Forward it to scolarite@efrei.fr (PGE) or scolaritepex@efrei.fr (Programmes Experts du Numérique).
4. Review your start-of-year information
About 1 month before the start of the academic year, you will receive a summary email with:
- The exact date of your start of the academic year
- Your campus address
- The provisional timetable
- The welcome and onboarding arrangements
