The aim of the disability support service is to provide close support to students with disabilities throughout their studies in order to maximize their chances of success. This support takes the form of accommodations tailored to each disability (for example: extra time during exams).
The disability support service is intended for all students with a disability, whether recognized or not, or experiencing health issues.
The service's actions focus on improving the study conditions of students experiencing difficulties, whether occasional or long-term:
- Offering you solutions for pursuing your studies with peace of mind
- Liaising with the Pôle Entreprises and including you in the mailing list for job and internship offers intended for students with disabilities.
- Helping you with your administrative procedures (contacting the MDPH)
- Welcoming and providing information to you and your family
- Liaising with the relevant departments (Examinations Department, year coordinator, teachers, etc.) regarding your accommodations
- Informing you about your rights, and about the benefits of having a disability officially recognized, for your studies and your professional life (RQTH)
