My agreement - International applicants

How do I sign my internship agreement?

  • I am of legal age and I pay my tuition fees myself:

Nothing could be easier. You select the agreement corresponding to the programme you have chosen. You then receive an email inviting you to sign your document. You will then be redirected to the DocuSign website where your pre-filled agreement appears. Read the document carefully and check that the information provided is accurate. Select the city in which you are located. You sign electronically (either by entering your first and last name, or by adding your signature to the document if you have a pre-registered signature). I validate my document. It is then automatically forwarded to the admissions department, which will send a registration confirmation email once the documents have been validated.

  • I am of legal age but another person pays my tuition fees:

You select the agreement corresponding to the programme you have chosen. The payer receives an email inviting them to sign my document. They are then redirected to the DocuSign website where the pre-filled agreement appears. The person paying the tuition fees reads the document carefully and checks that the information provided is accurate. They select the city in which they are located. They sign electronically (either by entering their first and last name, or by adding their signature to the document if they have a pre-registered signature). They validate the document. You then receive an email inviting you, in turn, to sign your tuition agreement. Once the information has been checked and the document read, you sign the document in turn. As soon as it is validated, it is then automatically forwarded to the admissions department, which will send a registration confirmation email once the documents have been validated.

  • I am a minor:

You must be accompanied by your legal and/or financial representative to sign your documents. Together, you select the agreement for the chosen programme. Your representative receives an email inviting them to sign my document. You are then redirected to the DocuSign website where the pre-filled agreement appears. Your legal representative reads the document carefully and checks that the information provided is accurate.

Please note: if the legal representative is not the person paying the tuition fees, the latter will also receive an email inviting them to sign the document. Therefore, 3 signatures will be required to validate the document.
