Your IT account will be accessible a few days after your registration has been validated by the Admissions department.
Keep an eye on your emails: you will receive a message from the IT department containing your student credentials (myefrei student access, Efrei email, access to distance learning courses, etc.) at the email address provided to the Admissions department.
